You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. ezvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify ezvip support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
All Accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires the submission of: (a) a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport); and (b) a real-time selfie or liveness check for identity confirmation. ezvip reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
ezvip currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution. ezvip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. ezvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, any real-money Wallet balance not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and completion of AML review. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ezvip support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Wallet balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method upon successful KYC completion.
In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, transaction processing, bonus awards, or any other aspect of the ezvip Platform, the Player should first contact ezvip Customer Support via the in-platform live chat function. The support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of the initial complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Customer Support process, the Player may escalate the matter to ezvip's formal complaints procedure. A formal complaint must be submitted in writing to [email protected], providing full details of the disputed matter, relevant transaction references, and the Player's desired resolution. ezvip will provide a written response to formal complaints within fifteen (15) business days.
ezvip's decisions on game outcomes and technical matters are final where the relevant game logs and server records confirm the outcome recorded by ezvip's systems. In cases involving alleged system errors, ezvip's certified game provider records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the correct outcome.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
The Platform operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules, regulations, and guidelines form part of the compliance framework within which ezvip operates, and that regulatory decisions of PAGCOR take precedence over ezvip's internal policies where a conflict exists.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not substantively change the meaning of a provision, or updates required to comply with changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
