Note on Erasure Requests: While ezvip respects your right to erasure, certain data cannot be deleted during applicable retention periods due to mandatory legal obligations under PAGCOR licencing requirements and RA 9160. In such cases, ezvip will explain the legal basis for retaining specific data elements and delete all data that is not subject to a retention obligation.
The ezvip Platform is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of twenty-one (21). ezvip does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. If ezvip discovers or reasonably suspects that an Account belongs to a person under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, any deposits held pending KYC verification will be returned, and all data collected will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how your data is processed or your rights as a data subject — ezvip will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by direct communication to affected Players.
